Our short holiday in Singapore has been wonderful, mainly because of your hospitality and cooperation extended to us. Though it has been a very short stay, we feel as if it had been a long stay, but at the same time regret that we had not spent more days with you.
We had visited many of the western countries, as well as India, Malaysia and Thailand in the east. We have fallen in love with Singapore, since of your disciplined ways, safe street walking policy, the man made wonders such as the Night Safari, Santosha Island etc. When we saw what Singapore had achieved, we were in deep shock at your best offers to us, the visitors to Singapore! One day we hope, the world will be like Singapore.
We wish to sincerely thank your Front Office Managers and staff who gave us a room on arrival early and extended our room leaving time too at no extra cost, your Room Service staff and the Restaurant staff for their excellent service rendered to us during our stay. A special thank you to you Jit, for being a friend to us both. We will ofcourse promote Cityhub to all those who may wish to visit your country and by choice, will opt to go again to Singapore for a more exciting and longer stay. If there is anything that you may wish to have from Sri Lanka, or intend to visit us, please do feel free to reach us.

During my four nights and three days stay at the hotel i would say that i'm quite satisfied with my stay. the location is around five to ten minutes from lavender station of mrt and can also be in mustafa center for just five minutes walk. the breakfast is also good because there is always an alternative aside from their usual indian food. Staffs are also friendly and very accomodating. rooms are clean and best of all internet connection is free. I would stay there again definitely.
Although it is a 10 minute walk from the nearest MRT station, the hotel is conveniently located to downtown, boat quay, orchard road, bugis, civic district, and little india. The hotel is across the road from Little India--the most lively neighborhood in Singapore--but not within it (which is good).
A convenient location, just 10 minutes walking from Lavender MRT station. Nice surroundings with many dining and shopping places. Delicious breakfast with choice between Indian and continental menu. Free internet connection, minibar, safe in the room. Helpful and friendly staff.

We are now back in Australia…and once again have to thank the Hotel and staff for the very courteous and efficient service. It made our oh-so-brief stay in Singapore all that more pleasant. We certainly look forward to coming back
Overall City Hub Hotel is a good hotel for the price. The staff were very friendly and eager to please. The room was large although very plain. The cleaning staff seem to not be the best at their job. There were coffee stains and hair when I arrived in my room. But, this is a small grievance just not a nice welcome to your room. Being a business traveler being able to have free internet access in the room is a must for me so this is an area were City Hub gets high marks.
This hotel is very new and my room was immaculately clean. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed and flat screen tv (no fridge). The hotel is located about 10 mins walk from Lavender and Farris Park MRT stations. You'll need to take the MRT or a taxi to reach the popular tourist areas of Singapore as the hotel is in a quiet area. The free breakfast wasn't particularly great, but it wasn't terrible either.
The cityhub hotel was very clean and good arrangement for the room ,not noisy even if near the Bus stop ,i like to stay again to visit singapore with my family too...i enjoy to stay there because most people was its on way and very respectful to other.thank you very much for agoda travel help to find good hotel ,i hope next time i will be visit again...
